    1,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid out over 90 days)

    Luke's Cataract & Laser Institute is looking to hire a full-time, Circulating Registered Nurse RN to work out of The Villages location.

    Provide patient care based upon the nursing process, being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

    Oversee and guide employees under his/her supervision. Self-motivated, patient focused individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with patients, physicians and staff

    • Flexibility - days and hours will vary, typically 4-10 hour shifts Monday through Friday (based on the doctors' schedule). NO ON-CALL NO HOLIDAYS NO WEEKENDS
    Ophthalmology experience preferred; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with Employer Match, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay

    • Monday - Friday work week
    • Weekends and Holidays off
