    Casey Auto Group is actively seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing department at our corporate office in Newport News.

    Summary:

    Assists the Marketing Department with the execution of marketing and advertising materials, projects and reports as well as other administrative and clerical tasks. Serves as an Assistant to the Marketing Director.

    Essential Duties:

    Serves as administrative assistant to the Marketing Director with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

    Collects all documentation necessary and submits co op for reimbursement to all manufacturers in a timely manner.

    Coordinates with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Video Production Manager when necessary to complete projects. Including but not limited to participating in video off site production and website reviews.

    Coordinates all activities needed to support Casey Auto Group Sponsorships. Includes arranging for personnel, transport, and set up of company imaging for all sponsorships.

    Serves as a contact for vendors for sponsorships, collateral, merchandise, and special projects.

    Represents Casey Auto Group at corporate functions as needed.

    Participates in digital advertising placement and responses to social media as needed.

    Responsible for quality control of merchandise when it is ordered and delivered.

    Coordinates placement of advertising materials in all dealerships as necessary.

    Coordinates time sheets of all marketing employees and submits to payroll weekly.

    Coordinates merchandising with photographers as needed.

    Responsible for equipment orders and replacement for photography staff.

    Responsible for social media posts.

    Other duties may be assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint.

    Must have excellent attention to detail.

    Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside vendors as needed.

    Must have strong communication skills.

    Skills in Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design software is a plus but not essential.

    Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
