    High Focus Centers in Parsippany is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.

    Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals.

    At High Focus Centers in Parsippany we are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to supervise and support the counselors in the treatment of our clients.

    Deliverables/Principal


    Results Expected:
    Supervises the counselors.
    Evaluates potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and identifies their DSM VTR diagnoses, Axis I-V.
    Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans.
    Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
    Attends shift change and company meetings.
    Maintains caseload as needed.
    Assists the Program Director in developing new programs for the facility.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Education/Licensure:
    LCADC, LCSW, LPC with proper supervisory certificates as needed to meet NJ state and supervisory requirements
