    Job Description

    This position is responsible for managing up to 30 residential substance use disorder clients, linking them to necessary resources, monitoring progress, overseeing individualized care plans, and facilitating meetings and visits during placement and aftercare planning.

    Organizational Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure safety and well-being of all clients
    • Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization
    • Maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance
    • Foster positive interactions with clients and staff
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills
    • Participate in professional development programs
    • Manage financial and physical resources effectively
    • Report incidents of abuse

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide services according to individual care plans
    • Document interactions with clients and agencies
    • Collaborate with therapists and service providers for care plans
    • Communicate regularly with clients' workers and families
    • Assist clients and families in accessing needed resources
    • Participate in treatment team meetings and planning
    • Ensure appropriate discharge planning
    • Complete documentation in a timely manner
    • Participate in networking activities and community workgroups
    • Perform assigned duties

    Working Conditions/Environment:

    • Shift varies based on client needs
    • Weekend and extra hours may be required
    • Fast-paced environment with unpredictable situations
    • Mainly office work on a residential campus

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field

    Experience:

    • Experience in substance use treatment services; or Masters degree in Human Services Field

    Specific Skills and Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 21
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Ability to understand diverse client needs
    • English language proficiency
    • Completion of screenings and trainings

    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to stand, walk, talk, hear, and smell; use hands; climb stairs
