    Description

    Retail Service Specialist

    We are in search of an individual who will excel in a sales and service setting by effectively cross-selling and upselling products. This entry level position within our branch network offers a stimulating opportunity for candidates interested in engaging in a collaborative environment with AAA members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide vehicle license, registration, and notary services at the DMV;
    • Welcome all members and customers, assess their needs, and deliver top-notch service;
    • Achieve sales and service targets for various AAA products and services and receive incentives;
    • Prepare and supply TripTiks travel routings, road maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials;
    • Assist members in making hotel and car rental reservations, and offer travel destination guidance;
    • Take passport photos;
    • Process payments for products, offer accurate change and receipts, and manage cash drawer;
    • Execute additional job duties as directed by management.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be able to acquire and uphold a valid notary license;
    • Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or a comparable customer service/sales environment;
    • Demonstrated ability to surpass assigned sales or service quality objectives;
    • Willingness to work extra hours, including Saturdays;
    • Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office operations;
    • Capacity to travel locally as needed;
    • High school diploma or GED;
    • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background check, and drug screening.
