    The Company:
    My client is a software company that provides Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to the life sciences industry. Their software helps pharmaceutical and medical device companies improve their sales and marketing operations.

    You will look after 3-4 Global Accounts and 4-5 Enterprise accounts with significant greenfield space within those accounts, with the aim of wining new business within those accounts.

    They are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to come in and work with a team of 5 AEs and be responsible for a couple of very large accounts with significant greenfield space.


    The Role:
    Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clientsConduct in-depth needs assessments and develop customized solutions to meet client needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of their solutionsTrack and report on sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
    Key Requirements:3-5 years stint of achieving target at one company offering a SaaS solution.

    Experience selling into the Commercial side of PharmaProven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on complex software solutionsExperience selling into the life sciences industry strongly preferred otherwise business softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectivelyKnowledge of CRM software and sales analytics toolsAbility to travel as neededFor the right candidate, the base salary range is $130-150K + double OTE + Equity.
