    Global Graduate Program Summary:

    Through the 18-month paid
    rotational Global Graduate Program, you will get broad experience from various SKF areas and a great opportunity to found a solid international professional network. You will get to know the company through international and cross functional rotations and by working in real projects. Your rotations will be individually designed based on your interests and our business needs. To ensure maximum growth, you will have mentors assigned, supporting you throughout the whole program.
    The introduction and program gatherings, in which you will get training within several areas (such as leadership, project management and business knowledge), are spent together with the full Global Graduate group. This means that you, upon completion of the Global Graduate Program, will have a solid platform to leverage a career within SKF.

  • Role/Rotation Description

  • Project management (MRO focus).

  • First project will focus on the MRO business and operations at our repair center in Ladson, SC with the goal of stabilizing and improving performance.

  • Subsequent rotations will also be repair-focused.

  • Location, function and business unit will be based on candidate's ambition and needs of the business.

  • Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree within STEM field or business, in combination with extracurricular activities.

  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set and experience.

  • International and cross culture experiences, preferably from travel and studied/working abroad.

  • 0-2 years of working experience post Bachelor's or Master's graduation.

  • English working proficiency.

  • Must be a citizen of the United States.
