Summary We are seeking a passionate andprofessional Facility Manager for our Normal, IL location .

Core Duties

• Lead,manage, and facilitate success of installation
  OEM operations, revenue, andasset management
• Mentorand provide for job welfare of all installation employees; this encompassesmanagement, hiring, developing, and holding employees accountable.
• Superviseand accomplish required administrative requirements including responses tocustomer inquiries and iterative weekly/monthly/annual reports to the
  OEM Manager
• Supervise and ensure safe and effective work environment, including alloperational equipment, acquisition & storage of resources and installationproducts as well as maintaining an active, accurate inventory
• Responsible

for keeping current clients satisfied anddelivering exceptional client service
Job Requirements

• High SchoolDiploma or GED

Must have acurrent and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
2+ yearsadministrative experience preferred
Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Keen judgment anddecision-making skills with a bias to superb customer service, safety, andprioritization in time sensitive situations
Outgoing personality
Professional appearance andattitude
