    Description

    Do you have previous experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or similar roles? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic thinker to maximize the revenue for two of our main locations: Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal (primary) and Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View. While experience with Hilton is valuable, this role is not limited to a specific brand.

  • Part-time role for nights and weekends
  • Opportunity to support revenue maximization strategies in the hospitality industry at two Nashville area hotels.
  • Collaborative environment working with a dynamic team.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tactical support to the Area Director of Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies during nights and weekends based on demand fluctuations.
  • Manage Revenue Management Data and develop strategic initiatives to enhance revenue performance.
  • Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making processes for revenue management.
  • Monitor transient inventory availability and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue potential.
  • Implement strategies to uphold or enhance the hotel's Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines to maintain rate and price integrity.
  • Conduct basic tasks such as analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, research, and report generation.
  • Escalate technical inquiries related to systems to the appropriate support desk.
  • Address standard/routine business requests independently and efficiently.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to optimize business processes and efficiency.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to achieve established goals.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks while contributing to team and departmental goals.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the operation.
    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or similar roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in using revenue management systems, preferably Hilton Systems (GRO).
  • Strong analytical skills.
