Key Responsibilities: - Provide tactical support to the Area Director of Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies during nights and weekends based on demand fluctuations.
- Manage Revenue Management Data and develop strategic initiatives to enhance revenue performance.
- Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making processes for revenue management.
- Monitor transient inventory availability and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue potential.
- Implement strategies to uphold or enhance the hotel's Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines to maintain rate and price integrity.
- Conduct basic tasks such as analysis, auditing, budgeting, forecasting, research, and report generation.
- Escalate technical inquiries related to systems to the appropriate support desk.
- Address standard/routine business requests independently and efficiently.
- Utilize technical knowledge to optimize business processes and efficiency.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to achieve established goals.
- Demonstrate self-awareness and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks while contributing to team and departmental goals.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the operation.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in revenue management, hotel operations, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in using revenue management systems, preferably Hilton Systems (GRO).
- Strong analytical skills.
