The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions. **This is BYOD Must have your own computer, heatset and highspeed internet that meets the requirements Requirements: Min 8 GB of RAM,CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 or better/ AMD Ryzen or better. NO chromebooks accepted

    salary: $17 - $18 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 9 AM - 9 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resource.

    • Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.

    • Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team

    • Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately

    • Other projects as assigned by supervisor.

  • Basic Computer Skills (2 years of experience is required)
  • Basic Software Skills (2 years of experience is required)
  • Telephone Etiquette (2 years of experience is required)
