This resource will be working on the Blueprint Product delivery team.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• Experience with managing multiple delivery teams using agile methodology.
• Proficient with the use of Jira Software and the use of agile team metrics for capacity and efficiency tracking
• Experience with long term product road mapping and release planning
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Experience with IT program management and large scale implementations
• Experience with IT product delivery
• Scrum master certification
• Practical experience with technical delivery using agile methodology
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience as a developer is preferred
• Agile coaching experience is preferred
• Excellent time management and organization skills
Education/Certifications – Include:
• Scrum Master Certification
