What you'll do...Oversee the day-to-day operation of a Parts Distribution Center.
Lead a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism.
Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesYou'll have... High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 1 year leadership experience. Minimum 1 year work experience ein similar positions.
Demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate, and problem solve with stakeholders. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations. Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of Microsoft:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience.
Experience working in a union environment.
Experience in warehouse/distribution/ production operations.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems (MOMS, MMP, SAP, EXE, etc.).
Knowledge of Payroll Systems
