    Motive is a website platform for auto dealers. We are looking to add a Customer Support Specialist to our team.

    What youll do:
    Customer support is uniquely important at Motive.

    Youll be responding to customer and partner inquiries by email & phone and implementing client change requests on their website.

    This job is fun our customers are excited to work on their website, so your conversations will always be energizing.

    Youll get to work on complex problems for customers.


    More specifically, youll:
    Promptly respond to new requests and ensure that the customer needs are understoodTake phone calls from dealerships occasionally and assist with their questions in real-timeUpdate tickets with appropriate metadata (status, tags, categories, etc)


    Get approval from dealership POCs for 3rd-party requestsBuild website pages and enable features for customersImplement third-party integrationsCoordinate with engineering and product team when necessaryProvide ongoing coaching and training for customersCollect insights and identify patterns from customer feedback, then relay these findings back to the team leadWe are looking for someone who has:2+ years of professional experience working in, or managing, a Customer Success team within a fast-paced environment, startup, or SaaS organizationTechnical proficiency in computer-related tasks and needs little to no help understanding how to accomplish tasks on a computer or in softwareHighly effective communicator with good people instinctsHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and smallDeep technical understanding of the web, computers, and how software works.
