    Our client, a family owned distributor, strives to provide the best quality service possible. They seek a Customer Service Rep who is passionate about serving others. This individual must enjoy interacting with customers while helping to simplify complicated situations. A strong candidate can describe themselves as being patient, calm, approachable, a good listener, and a team player.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Provide excellent support to dealers through multiple forms of verbal & written communications
    • Assess the nature & root cause of issues & provide timely resolutions
    • Become an expert in products and industry; partnering with peers throughout the organization
    • Perform various computer-related tasks within a proprietary order system
    • Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls
    This position is 100% onsite. Hours are M-F, 8:30-5 with some flexibility.

    Requirements

    No degree required.
    Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

    Must have strong computer skills such as Office.

    Basic math skills.

    Bi-lingual a plus.
