    The Opportunity

    seeks an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to increase revenue growth and opportunities within the existing and expanding partner ecosystem.

    What You Will Do

    • Identify and Acquire New Partnerships: Actively research and pursue potential strategic partners. Utilize market research and industry insights to target companies that align with our value proposition.
    • Develop and Implement Partnership Strategies: Craft strategies for each new partnership that align with our business goals and ensure successful implementation.
    • Partnership Value Proposition: Develop a deep understanding of partners' products, companies, and industries. Articulate how 's solutions provide additional value, specifically tailoring this to new partners and their customer needs.
    • Revenue Generation: Focus on generating revenue through these new partnerships. This includes setting and achieving specific financial targets associated with each new partnership.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential partners, and new market opportunities specifically in ESG and Supplier Diversity space. Develop strategies that position as a preferred partner.
    • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Create compelling sales presentations and negotiate partnership terms that are beneficial to both parties. Analyze partner sales KPIs, trends, growth/lost business, and expansion opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful partner integration and market launch.

    What You'll Need to Succeed:

    • Undergraduate degree required, or equivalent in experience
    • 3+ years of working at a SaaS company, leading new channel or alliance partner management and development.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software to manage and track partnership activities.
    • Experience selling throughout the business chain from Director level to C-Suite executives.
    • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills
    • Entrepreneurial spirit who aims to over-achieve and challenges the status quo
    • Experience with consultative sales approach
    • Goal-oriented and problem-solving abilities
    • Any relevant certifications or training in partner management or sales are highly beneficial.
