Job Description:
The Maitre’d oversees catered events, schedules banquet service personnel, ensures safety and sanitation codes are followed, trains staff to recognize improper guest behavior, examines venue cleanliness prior to functions, prepares elements for guests arrival including dining tables bar food and beverages interacts with host responds to special requests or last-minute adjustments monitors worker and guest activities responds to questions complaints or comments supervises cleanup inventory storage of supplies equipment.
