- Salary up to $137,800 annually

- Financial management of the UnitedHealthcare and UHG Global real estate portfolios
- Develop and maintain financial reports to communicate results to department and organization leaders
- Participate in monthend close process and prepare journal entries
- Assist with the consolidation and reporting of all Corporate Services results
- Develop, maintain, and communicate financial modeling in support of Real Estate strategy and project development
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Peoplesoft & Hyperion Essbase/SmartView experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Financial planning/forecasting, monthend close, and financial modeling
- Demonstrate experience in navigating a highly matrixed organization
- Financial support for a real estate portfolio
- Financial support for a capital investment portfolio
