    The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing various project-based marketing initiatives across print and digital channels. Reporting to the National Marketing Director, this role involves delivering precise and on-target outcomes that meet stakeholder needs effectively. The Marketing Project Manager must possess top-notch organizational and communication skills to handle interactions with internal and external parties, representing different levels within the organization. Applying strategic marketing thinking to each project is crucial to drive success within the competitive landscape.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Knowledgeable: Previous exposure to digital and print marketing projects is essential, along with involvement in website performance projects. Marketing campaign experience is valuable in adapting quickly to this position.
    • Organized, Efficient, and Accountable: Flexibility, multitasking, and meeting deadlines consistently are key traits. Attention to detail and a focus on quality work are priorities.
    • Analytical: Utilizing audits, data, and reports for guidance is important. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics is necessary for effective data manipulation.
    • Strong Communicator: Clear and articulate written and verbal skills are vital for conveying thoughts and research findings effectively.
    • Team Player: Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential for achieving great results.
    • Passionate, Motivated, Eager to Learn: Curiosity, the drive to reach goals, and willingness to take on challenges are key qualities for this role.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Managing project-based marketing initiatives independently across various channels to support a national portfolio of rental communities.
    • Supporting Sales/Marketing teams with new store requests and project coordination.
    • Defining project scope, prioritizing tasks, and managing resources effectively.
    • Owning marketing production timelines and directly interfacing with stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with design and digital teams to support key marketing initiatives.
    • Monitoring media acquisition efforts and coordinating media sprints effectively.

    Strategic Support and Analysis:

    • Assisting the Director of Marketing with strategic analysis and actionable recommendations for program performance improvement.
    • Providing data-driven insights to enhance efficiencies across all marketing channels.
    • Researching trends and technologies to support partnerships and branding.

    Communication and Training:

    • Developing communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Creating and delivering presentations to support marketing initiatives.
    • Representing the organization professionally and maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions.
    • Performing additional duties as required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of business experience.
    • Demonstrated project management expertise in delivering successful projects within a large organization.
    • Basic understanding of economic, financial, and accounting principles.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships and motivate others.
    • Creative problem-solving skills, persuasive communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Comfort with ambiguity and proficient analytical skills, particularly in Excel and Google Office Suite.
