    Do you deliver customer service with empathy and have recent call center experience? LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for contract to hire position in Louisville, KY. Primary responsibility will be to coordinate and process patient medication orders. This is for an established pharmaceutical company that is growing.

    Responsibilities

    • Support inbound calls to process patient medication orders and complete order intake.
    • Assist patients and prescribers with requests and problem-solve when needed.
    • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service level goals.
    Experience & Skills:
    • Prior call center experience and pharmacy or healthcare experience is required.
    • Able to type at least 30 wpm and .
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    Employment Type: contract-to-hire

    Schedule: Day shift: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm or 10am-6:30pm or 11am-7:30pm
