- The Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education for nursing home guests
- Supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members
- Administering medication-related interventions safely and accurately
- Assessing guest health and communicating changes to the physician promptly
- Implementing appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions or prevent complications
- Contributing to guest assessments and care plans
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- New graduates are welcome as we provide training
- Current RN / LPN licensure in the state
- CPR certification
