The Sr.

Manager Total Rewards is responsible for the development, innovation and administration of comprehensive compensation and benefit solutions that are aligned with NSF's culture and business priorities on a global scale.

This includes the strategy & design of a rewards philosophy that assists with building a sustainable competitive advantage through maximizing team member attraction, performance, and retention.

Focusing on the organization's long- and short-term needs, this role is a key strategic and operational business partner who provides expert counsel and translates business strategy into meaningful total rewards strategies.
