    Description
    Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking Plant Groundman for Dallas Fort Worth area Asphalt Plants. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us. The Plant Groundman will help support the project and crew with various tasks at the HMAC facility.

    Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on Plant equipmentOperate equipment such as skid steers, man lifts and water trucksUnload oil trucksAssist ForemanBe able to lift 50 poundsBe able to climb ladders and stairsCommunicate effectively with fellow workersWork days or nights and weekends as requiredBe able to work at multiple locationsFollow all procedures and safety requirements of the companyBe able to work in hot and cold weatherWork at heights up to 70'Use various hand toolsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications 1+ year of experienceMust have a strong commitment to jobsite safetyDiligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
