We're looking for warm, driven and empathetic Career Coaches to join our team and support participants on their journey to meaningful long-term employment.As a Career Coach you will be a vital part of someone's employment journey working closely with participants in the Inclusive Employment Australia program you will place each participant's individual needs at the centre of all planning and service delivery manage a caseload of participants providing personalised mentoring support guidance and direction to assist them in achieving employment goals deliver coaching and support ensuring a consistent participant-centred approach build rapport and trust with participants developing tailored Action Plans that reflect their goals strengths identified support needs collaborate with Employer Specialists to engage inclusive employers identify tailored employment opportunities develop sustainable employment outcomes through strong employer partnerships
- Place each participant's individual needs at the centre of all planning and service delivery.
- Manage a caseload of participants providing personalised mentoring support guidance and direction to assist them in achieving employment goals.
