    Description

    Our client, a leading Foam Manufacturing Facility, is seeking dedicated Assembly / Packers to join their dynamic team. As an Assembly / Packers, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing and packing of foam products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Job Title: Assembly / Packers

    Location: Elkhart, IN

    Pay Range:

    Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday)

    What's the Job?

    • Assemble foam products according to specifications
    • Inspect products for quality and accuracy
    • Pack finished goods securely for shipment
    • Label, organize, and stage products for transport
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area

    What's Needed?

    • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
    • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
    • Strong attention to detail and quality
    • Reliable attendance and steady work history
    • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
