    plumbing services throughout the entire Southwest Florida region. Our areas of
    expertise range from hospital/healthcare, school systems & universities,
    hospitality, and commercial facilities.
    As a

    Service
    Coordinator

    Responsibilities:
    Develop
    monthly, weekly, and daily work schedules for Service Technicians to ensure
    customer commitments are met
    Dispatch
    Service Technicians to meet the schedule making modifications on an ongoing
    basis, as new service requests are received
    Communicate
    with customers as needed for incoming service requests and status updates.
    Collaborate
    with warehouse management to ensure customers are provided with up-to-date lead
    times on parts that have been ordered
    Contact
    all customers with "Parts Pending" status as parts are received for
    scheduling
    Provide
    support to ensure a timely flow of all materials, tools, test equipment, and
    paperwork to all Service Technicians to fulfill customer requirements
    Process
    work orders from beginning to final review to include technicians' hours and
    service call resolutions
    Take
    an average of 50 service calls per day
    Monitor
    customer complaints to ensure that problems are resolved promptly with
    the best solution possible
    General

    office duties:
    filing, incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies
    Provide
    administrative support to team members as needed and assist in team members'
    absence
    Demonstrate
    a positive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity with
    customers, management, and co-workers
    Qualifications

    and Competencies:
    High
    school diploma, or equivalent
    3+
    years of experience in customer service and dispatching
    Prior
    experience working in the HVAC industry is preferred
