    3rd Floor Inpatient Surgical – 48 Beds
    3x12s | 7a Start
    13 Weeks
    EPIC Required

    MUST HAVE:
    Total Joint experience
    1+ year surgical MedSurg
    EPIC experience
    PCA pump & Narcan knowledge
    Sepsis management
    TPN/Lipids experience
    Heparin titration

    Ratios:
    1:4–6 Days

    LPN + CNA support

    Common Cases:
    Total Hips/Knees
    Laminectomy
    Cervical Fusion
    Ostomies
    BKA/AKA
    Fem-Pop Bypass
    Dialysis patients

    Additional:
    Must interpret tele strips
    Every other weekend
    Holiday rotation
    No call
    Black scrubs
    Fast-paced unit with 8–12 surgical admits daily.
