    We are currently seeking a driven motivated individual that loves being in the healthcare industry and helping people

    We are looking for call center reps/member service reps for an amazing healthcare company here in Sacramento Some of the duties that they perform include:

    Respond to all member inquiries via telephone, email, chat, or fax.

    • Assist members, providers, brokers, and plan partners with claims-related billing questions and issues as needed.
    • Work with inter and intra-department staff to help resolve member issues to ensure resolution within prescribed
    timeframes

    This is a temp to hire position paying $18-$22 an hour DOE.
