    Description
    Opening with our client for an IT Support Analyst.

    For this role, the IT Support analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems.

    ResponsibilitiesProvides in-person technical assistance to employee end usersRespond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.

    Troubleshoot a range of user problems including PC hardware, software, LAN and voice networkDiagnose problem source through discussions with users and coordinate with internal IT organization support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problemsAcquire, install, and upgrade PC components and software and plann for/respond to service outages and other problemsTrain users on use of new technology and softwarePerform pro-active monitoring of computer systems through appropriate tools.

    Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolutions.
    QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

    Entry level technical support experienceStrong interaction and interpersonal skills specifically listening and providing guidance,Strong analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical problems, evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.
