    Description

    Are you a Senior Financial Systems Analyst looking for your next challenge? We are currently partnering with an internationally recognized and well-respected consumer products firm conveniently located in Maryland that is looking to add a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to their team. This person will have the opportunity for significant exposure to a team of highly regarded senior leaders and a prominent client base. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst position also offers high visibility to upper management on a day-to-day basis, as this person will be responsible for providing analysis for executive management, board members, the executive committee and the finance department. In addition, this person will have the opportunity to work for a company that offers many opportunities for advancement and professional growth.

    Senior Financial Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Provide functional and technical support for the Accounting and Financial planning and analysis teams
    • Support the finance team by designing and building financial models and standardizing ad-hoc reporting in SAP
    • Perform technical administration for SAP, such as developing reports, loading plan and budgets, trouble shooting and security configuration
    • Responsible for the consolidation of forecasts and annual plans, as well as providing analysis for senior management and the finance department
    • Focus on improving processes and procedures for SAP maintenance and reporting processes

    Senior Financial Systems Analyst Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a mixed Finance and IT position
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
    • Proficient in SAP strongly preferred, but systems-focused in a comparable software program
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Strong attention to detail along with problem solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once
