    Position: Data Center Support
    Location: Carrollton TX Onsite

    Technical requirements

    • Manage and maintain data center core and Infrastructure System, database technology solutions and services (e.g., LAN, server virtualization technology, converged technology, and public cloud solutions) based on current and emerging Toyota requirements.
    • Perform physical build (e.g., rack and stack), hands-on support (e.g., memory upgrades, OS installation/re-installation, image deployment) and IMACDs at all in-scope Toyota and co-location facilities listed in Exhibit 10.
    • Provide infrastructure support (e.g., cabling, KVMs) at all Toyota and co-location facilities listed in Exhibit 10.
    • Support current and future Data Center Infrastructure Systems Software (e.g., operating systems, utilities, databases, as listed in the applicable Schedule appendices which will be updated by Service Provider quarterly).
    • Provide support for integration of data center LAN network with WAN network and related operations (e.g., build, systems monitoring, incident diagnostics, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation, security management, and Toyota planning/analysis) as required to meet Toyota service requirements.
    • Install, configure, use, and update data center environment management tools (e.g., Netbotz) and data center system management tools provided by Toyota (e.g., DSVIEW, OneView) required to operate and proactively monitor Infrastructure Systems, associated hardware, and measure characteristics (e.g., performance, incidents, problems, issues, and events) to identify, correlate, report and resolve incidents and problems.
    • Recommend and implement Toyota approved improvements to data center environment management Tools configurations (e.g., Netbotz) and data center system management Tools (e.g., DSVIEW, OneView) required to operate and proactively monitor Infrastructure Systems, associated hardware, and measure characteristics (e.g., performance, incidents, problems, issues, and events) to identify, correlate, report and resolve incidents and problems.
