- Outstanding opportunity for a Production Manager overseeing a team of non-union employees and driving continuous improvement efforts to consistently meet performance targets.
- Manage daily meetings and day-to-day needs for production, assembly, and shipping.
- Partner with Planning and Materials teams to ensure correct parts are supplied to cells to meet daily production goals.
- Communicate any part shortages due to inventory losses, quality defects, or other unforeseen challenges.
- Liaison with sales, supply chain, and production managers to make decisions on expedites and other circumstances that may necessitate a change in schedule.
- Maintain P&L responsibility for assigned production teams and ensure daily/weekly/monthly revenue and OTD metrics are met.
- Demonstrated front line leadership experience in Production, Manufacturing, and/or Assembly Operations required.
- Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
