ICMS LLC, an innovative Professional and Technical services provider to the Federal Government, is seeking dependable and motivated Custodians Workers to support a customer facility located in Peoria, IL. ICMS is a Small Business and Certified HUBZone employer, giving preference to applicants from HUBZone designated areas. We're searching for an experienced individual who can provide high-quality service, attention to detail, and understands the worth of exceptional customer service. There are various full time and part time shifts available, primarily in the evenings/overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities include:

The Custodian cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facility working areas and restrooms, common areas, laboratories, conference room areas, elevators, and lobbies/visitor areas.

Duties involve a combination sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing trash and other refuse; dusting of furniture or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.

Work Product

Consistent and thorough adherence to cleaning procedures

Initial and date of daily logs at each restroom, office or laboratory

Completion and submission of daily work order sheet

Report observations to Manager gathered during the course of daily job performance

Supply replenishment requests

Other Qualifications:

High School diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience

Valid Driver's License and ability to be on time for shifts

Basic cleaning skills with ability to work with cleaning materials required to disinfect

(i.e., Industrial disinfectant, industrial sanitizer, bleach/water solutions, etc.)

Ability to work independently, in addition to following specific, detailed instructions

Good communication skills

Close attention to detail

Individual must be capable of climbing stairs and being on his or her feet for up to 8 hours a day and lift a minimum of 15 pounds

Work Schedule

• Afternoon-Evenings and possible Weekends. Flexible hours.
