We are on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst specializing in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to become a part of our Client's team based in Bangalore, India. The primary responsibility involves creating UAT test cases while considering all potential scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Engage in discussions with business stakeholders to comprehend and analyze business challenges, objectives, and needs.
Conduct business requirement gathering and analysis utilizing techniques such as brainstorming, requirement workshops, and observations.
Have a clear understanding of defining, prioritizing, and documenting requirements in alignment with the desired solutions and architecture.
Collaborate with the development team to estimate the effort required for the requirements.
Manage the Change Management process, assess change requests, and lead Pre-CAB and CAB meetings to discuss alterations with the client.
Adhere to project life cycle methodologies like Agile and Scrum, define processes under the framework, and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
Develop UAT test cases, test the final product before deployment, and conduct UAT of hardware/software before initiating the pilot phase, ensuring a seamless environment for the pilot.
Provide feedback on identified pain points or recommendations to enhance the deployed product.
Attend Top Problem meetings to prioritize and comprehend the impact of the issues.

Requirements:

If you are a female candidate from a diverse background currently on a career break, willing to relocate to Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and work at our office location in Indira Nagar from Monday to Friday, possessing at least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst specializing in UAT, with a degree in BE/BTech/MTech/MCA and proficiency in English, we want to hear from you.
