1099 Independent Contract ( Commission Base Only )
After a record breaking year in 2023 we are opening additional positions and are looking for candidates we can promote to management positions within 3-6 months.
We have a strong commitment to developing future team leaders and our ability to promote from within our company. We know our success is driven by finding the right candidates for our Entry -Level positions.
An ideal applicant will have a career interest in business management, have good communication skills and be capable of leading others. The Employee Benefits Managers provide worksite benefit counseling to state, municipal, and private sector employers to help them design a program that will serve all of their employee's needs. They will also be required to help manage existing customer accounts.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
A willingness to embrace our culture of product training, coaching, building leaders, and other system best practices.
Ability to acquire new and maintain existing business accounts.
Strong in-person and phone communication skills.
Great organizational skills.
Team-builder with a strong passion for helping people.
High integrity and is familiar with HIPAA requirements.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Laptop & Smartphone required
Will eventually require state licensing.
Must be at least 18 yrs old, have a valid drivers license, and no felony convictions.
