JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes innovative customer service techniques to provide a positive patient care

experience for the patient and their family.

• Acts professionally in all dealings with internal and external customers to promote a

working environment that focuses on the patient experience and not operational rivalries

or roadblocks to care.

• Perform all of the duties and responsibilities of a registered vascular ultrasonographer.

Produces quality ultrasound images to support patient care activities.

• Coordinates daily operations of their function, both in-house and external sites, to ensure

quality care is delivered in a manner that is efficient, effective and in the most cost-effective manner.

• Responsible for frontline supervision of members of their team and provides written

feedback to the director supervisor during the evaluation process.

• Creates a work environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and

cohesion.

Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education and Experience Education:
Associates Degree

Experience: 3 years sonography experience

Required Licensure and Certifications

Active certification by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical

Sonographers (ARDMS) as a Registered Vascular Technologist

ARDMS (RVT) or ARRT (VS)
