    Duly Health and Care in Aurora/Naperville is seeking a General Neurologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

    Opportunity Highlights 

    • The need is for a general neurologist
    • EMG training required with either neuromuscular or neurophysiology fellowship training and certification. 
    • Outpatient only
    • Currently 14 physicians and 3 APPs, amongst 6 locations
    • Monday-Friday clinic hours from 8:00am-4:30pm
    • Outpatient call only split amongst 5 providers. They are currently doing one week at a time from 4:30pm-7:00am. The number of calls is very minimal.
    • Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across neurology and more than 1,000 Duly providers
    • Competitive total rewards salary between $375,000 - $550,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility

    Compensation & Benefits

    • The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000 - $400,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. xhmxlyz In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $375,000 - $550,000.
