    Description
    The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment and has experience in HR Operations. This role will partner Employee Success (HR) Teams, Payroll, and IT to support process improvement initiatives.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer employee data changes
    • Process new hires and ensure set up for a successful onboarding experience
    • Assist with the involuntary and voluntary separation process
    • Oversee manager self-service transactions
    • Assist employees with questions regarding their last day of employment
    • Manage the global work authorization program including auditing for accuracy and compliance
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations
    • Work in close partnership with the Recruitment and payroll teams
    • Conduct data audits of employee data in Workday
    • Provide back-up support to other team members on daily tasks
    • Support standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
    • Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
    • Analyze and interpret employee/employment data

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in human resources
    • Previous experience with Workday or similar HRIS
    • Proficiency in employee or customer experience through written and verbal communications
    • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
    • Must be well organized with keen attention to detail
