Responsibilities:

Answer calls, coordinate scheduling and check-ins for parts and service, and assist customers in person and on the phone.

Main focus is on advising repair and upgrade options, vehicle check-in/out, and explanation of services rendered upon completion.

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with experience in the automotive field, as well as having experience with motorcycles. Good people skills and ability to respond to customer concerns.
Technical working knowledge is a plus
