    Job Summary

    We seek a Global Brand Marketing Specialist, Sportswear to support strategic planning, marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong strategic thinking, task management, and quality output delivery.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in executing yearly activation plans, including digital, ecomm, media, print, events, retail, and social media marketing deliverables.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish creative direction and exceed consumer expectations.
    • Develop marketing plans and strategy presentations, compiling data and insights in PowerPoint and Keynote.
    • Own seasonal product promotional and seeding order processes, managing budgets and communicating stories to partners.
    • Assist in photo shoot planning and execution, working with creatives to understand product needs and gather product for shoots.
    • Own research projects related to consumers, sports, culture, fashion, and social media trends, sharing findings with the team.
    • Work with partners across departments to develop 360 marketing plans reaching consumers where they are.
    • Align with regional marketing teams to execute seasonal priorities and support long-term goals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree without experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, accurate reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • 2-5 years of traditional business computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Word), and knowledge of emerging social media platforms and influencer marketing.

    Work Arrangements

    • 3 days in-office, remainder remote.
    • 35% travel required, including weekends.
