    We are seeking an associate to join our team at Professional Dental & Orthodontics. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a technologically advanced and fun environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of dental professionals, receiving support and partnership from Professional Dental.
    • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, utilizing accepted clinical and radiological techniques, with the goal of achieving optimal oral health.
    • Arrange referrals to dental specialists when necessary.
    • Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
    • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and other regulations (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).

    Requirements:

    • Pending or active license issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire for professional growth.
    • Organized and superior knowledge of dentistry.

    • Approximately 5 operative patients.
    • Restorative, endodontic, surgical, and implant procedures offered in-office.
    • Emergency visits.
