Flexible Schedules:

Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days with flexible start times of 5 or 6 am

Sign-On Bonus: Offering a $1000 sign-on bonus payable after 6 months of successful employment.

General Summary: Provide fabrication and welding experience in the product framing department. Vertical mig welding of structural frames for HVAC units.

• Vertical mig welding and building of frames for hvac units
• Reading blue prints, technical sheets, and procedures
• Fabricate products out of sheet metal and structural steel
• Detail-oriented with the ability to plan, organize, set priorities, manage multiple projects, and communicate well with team members
• Responsible for the quality of product produced, ensuring the parts manufactured meet the defined quality standards
• Troubleshoot framing mistakes
• Communication with layout team and other departments

Requirements

• Technical diploma in welding and fabrication
• 5+ years of experience as a welder
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to team lift lbs
• Standing 8+ hours per day
• Excellent attendance
• Willingness to learn

Vertical mig weld test conducted during the interview process so please come prepared for test with proper clothing, and PPE. With COVID precautions, we prefer you bring your own helmet for the weld test.
