    Rise Partners, a leader in real estate investment and development in the Southeast, is excited to announce the opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as the Director of Asset Management.

    This pivotal role will be instrumental in steering the asset management strategies for our investment activities, with a focus on the company's industrial, multifamily, and retail investments within the Southeast US.

    Responsibilities

    :

    ·

    Strategic Asset Management:

    Spearhead the development and implementation of asset management strategies for the Rise Partner's investment activities, targeting industrial, multifamily, and retail sectors.

    ·

    Financial and Operational Oversight:

    Involved in making key decisions regarding refinancing, leasing, dispositions, capital improvements, and asset management plans, ensuring alignment with Rise's strategic objectives.

    ·

    Performance Analysis:

    Conduct regular reviews of asset performance, including property management assessments, to ensure optimal value enhancement and risk mitigation.
    ·

    Market Expertise:

    Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and dynamics in the Southeast US, adapting strategies to maximize property performance and minimize risks.

    ·

    Fund Administration:

    Handle key tasks related to the launch and operations of the company's capital vehicles including maintaining reporting software; overseeing investment waterfalls, coordinating capital calls, etc.

    ·

    Investor Relations:

    Effectively communicate with investors and stakeholders, providing transparent and insightful updates on asset performance and strategic initiatives.

    Qualifications

    :

    ·

    Experience:

    Preference will be given to 5 years in asset management, with a focus on industrial, multifamily, and/or retail sectors, particularly in the Southeast US.

    ·

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field (e.g. accounting). Preference will be given to an MBA or MRED but advanced degrees are not mandatory.
    ·

    Skills:

    Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, in-depth market knowledge, and proven experience in asset management and value enhancement strategies.

    Experience using Juniper Square and/or Yardi Voyager would be viewed favorably.
