    Job Overview: Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, the Data Analyst is tasked with establishing a robust reporting structure and offering insights and business trends to various departments through technology and automation.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Collaborate with business partners to grasp their challenges and identify potential data-driven solutions.
    • Assist DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channel managers with analytics requests on a regular basis.
    • Create a top-notch reporting framework and utilize automation and technology to streamline reporting processes company-wide.
    • Generate reports on all campaigns and activations, detailing outcomes across different channels, product categories, expenditure levels, and other key metrics. Provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using reporting tools and software for widespread accessibility. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and user-friendliness of reports.
    • Take charge of tools and procedures for overseeing data quality, upkeep, and governance to ensure smooth data operations.
    • Work closely with engineering and digital product development teams.
    • Identify areas for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiencies.

    Basic Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence analysis across an entire organization.
    • B.A. degree is a must.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills.
    • Strong project management background is essential.
