    • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation/workers compensation matters from inception to resolution.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
    • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
    • Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
    • Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury litigation.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Illinois.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
    • Experience handling Worker's Compensation claims.
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
