New Graduates
New registered nurse (RN) graduates benefit from a comprehensive, personalized support system. All RNs in their first nursing role are invited to participate in a Nurse Residency Program alongside nursing orientation. Join our close-knit unit with 14 beds, specializing in Renal, Sepsis, and Wounds care. We handle mixed acuity cases (Med-Surg, Tele, PCU) outside the ICU. Recognized for high quality, our smaller unit thrives on teamwork. Be part of a dynamic community dedicated to excellence in patient care.
Nursing skills gained on this unit:
Understand and develop further skills in wound care

Unit Culture Highlights:
Smaller unit with close-knit team
Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
