HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable HVAC Service Technician to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, diagnose problems and provide customers with solutions in both commercial and residential settings.

To excel in this position, candidates must be able to:

• Have an excellent understanding of HVAC systems and be capable of complete service and repair of those systems
• Take ownership and full responsibility of assignments and projects
• Be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
• Excel and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be detail oriented and demonstrate superb organizational abilities
• Become proficient with HouseCallPro Service software

Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls at customer locations

Diagnose problems with HVAC systems

Propose multiple options for repairs or installations and have the skills necessary to perform those repairs and/or installations

Follow up on outstanding proposals

Communicate with office to keep dispatcher informed of current job status.

Become familiar with company policies and procedures.

Supervise entry level technicians.


Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

Clean driving record

EPA Universal Certification

A minimum of 2 years experience as a technician

Possess HVAC hand tools
