Are you a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for leading sales teams in a service driven/relationship oriented industry? We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager (Family Service Manager) to join our team. Our team specializes in assisting families with interment arrangements and other final arrangement needs. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our sales staff to provide families with exceptional service while ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Develop and nurture a thriving sales culture that consistently achieves and surpasses sales goals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and community contacts.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor and assess sales team performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Create effective marketing strategies to drive business development.
- Conduct regular meetings to motivate and update the sales team.
- Ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
- Foster positive collaboration and communication among all team members.
- Analyze sales results and client feedback to adapt strategies for ongoing success.
- Maintain excellent customer service, handling client interactions and post-interment activities.
- Attend services and events to build relationships and explore referral opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of ethical business practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and align strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in organizing and overseeing sales activities and targets.
- Previous success in developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and commitment to 100% compliance.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in the interment services industry is a plus.
- Availability to meet with client families, both on immediate and pre-need bases.
