    5. Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to Sesco clients in a clear, concise, and timely manner, facilitating their understanding of potential risks associated with maritime facility partners.

    7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in environmental health and safety, incorporating relevant insights into assessments and recommendations.

    8. Foster positive relationships with maritime facility operators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the assessment process.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field preferred.

    2. Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or similar professional certification preferred, but not required.

    3. Strong knowledge of OSHA 5400 (Occupational Safety & Health for the Maritime Industry).

    4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety consulting, with a focus on maritime facilities.

    5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, assess risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

    6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

    7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality assessments and recommendations within established timelines.

    8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
