    Job Summary

    As a key member of the global Digital, Information & Technology (DIT) team, your primary responsibility revolves around overseeing the enhancement and implementation of digital solutions across all domains. Your role is particularly vital in the management and optimization of the Modern Workplace product, encompassing IT hardware, client platforms, and M365 services. This product caters to the collaborative and communicative needs of over 7200 employees spread across 140 locations and 13 countries, playing a crucial role in driving success for both Kloeckner and its customers.

    Job Functions

    Define and own Kloeckners Modern Workplace strategy, roadmap, architecture and operations model holistically (IT hardware, client platform and M365 services)

    Maintain and execute against the Modern Workplace roadmap, reviewing and prioritizing as required

    Maintain relevant market knowledge to ensure Kloeckners Modern Workplace services meet our employees needs today and in the future

    Drive end-to-end digitization of the workplace environment

    Ensure our employees are enabled to use the Modern Workplace services most efficient by providing training, collateral and support

    Monitor and ensure proper operations of the Modern workplace services by service partners with high degree of outsourcing

    Mitigate risks in the area of Modern Workplace services and maintain a high level of security

    Own, track, report and optimize the Modern Workplace costs

    Qualifications

    MS M365 and Azure architecture certifications

    3+ years with Microsoft M365, Azure and hybrid architectures (e.g. MS Autopilot, M365 Governance, MS Azure Virtual Desktops, MS Endpoint Manager)

    Bachelors degree in (business) informatics, technical academic training, comparable qualification, related work experience

    ITIL certifications or similar certifications preferred

    Other Desired Skills and Abilities

    Extensive expertise in workplace security services, including proficiency with tools such as MS Defender, MS Sentinel, MS MFA, and MS Azure AD.

    Self-starter and self-developer mentality

    Proficient in service management processes, aligning with ITIL or equivalent frameworks to ensure efficient and standardized delivery

    In-depth knowledge of client hardware and accessories

    High degree of strategic, architectural, and entrepreneurial thinking

    Professional Scrum Product Owner certifications or similar preferred

    Strong willingness to take over ownership and drive for results

    Knowledge of Amazon (AWS) and Google (Google Cloud Platform) client & cloud services
