Job Summary:
The Technical Operations Trainer is responsible for trainingProviders, Clinical and Nonclinical Staff on using Electronic Medical Records.
The Technical Operations Trainer travels to various Practice locations to provideeducation at monthly team meetings. He/She will assist with workflow creationand troubleshooting end-user technical issues.
This position will audit medicalrecords to identify training needs and ensure the staff performs properworkflows to meet quality and grant measures.
An Additional Responsibility ofthis position is provider optimization reviews to increase comfort andefficiency with Meditech. The Technical Operations Trainer is an ElectronicMedical Record Support Team member.Qualifications:
Registered nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, orCertified Medical Assistant Required. Applicants with Relevant experience may applybut must be certified within 6 months of hire. 3 years working in a related field.
Drivers License RequiredJob Functions:
Competency with Microsoft ExcelWord, Outlook & PowerPointCan easily adapt to internal systemsExperience working with electronic medical records, specifically Meditech-Works and Paragon preferredPrevious experience in data collection and analysisExcellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsAbout
